Farini Venezia was born following the acquisition of a historic venetian bakery named Carlon. After many years of business, the bakery was closing its doors and the decision was made to carry on the tradition of baking at this site under a new name, Farini.

The original bakery is situated in Venice near Rialto bridge, adjacent to the famous fish market. The building dates from the 1300’s and was originally an orphanage, from our research we know that it became a bakery in the late 1800’s.
