Whistleblowing Reports

In compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023 regarding whistleblowing, FARINI VENZIA S.r.l. (“ FARINI “) has set up an internal reporting channel and adopted the “ FARINI VENEZIA S.r.l. Whistleblowing Policy ” available by clicking here .

Who can report?

Reports can be submitted by people inside or outside FARINI, such as employees, contractors, freelancers, interns, consultants, suppliers, shareholders, or anyone with administrative or supervisory roles at FARINI.

What can be reported?

Reports, which should be as detailed as possible, cover violations of the law that affect the public interest or FARINI’s integrity, such as acts of corruption or breaches of workplace health and safety or environmental regulations.

The following are not whistleblowing reports and will therefore not be considered:

• disputes, grievances, or personal requests relating to one’s employment relationship;

• complaints about service issues regarding the services provided by FARINI.

How to report?

Reporting channels

• internal;

• external (ANAC – https://whistleblowing.anticorruzione.it/#/ );

• public disclosure (through the press, electronic means, or channels capable of reaching a large audience);

• reporting to the judicial or accounting authorities.

Internal reporting channel

FARINI has adopted the following internal reporting channels:

• a whistleblowing reporting platform called “WHISTLEBLOWING SEGNALAZIONI TESEO ERM”, accessible at the following URL: https://farini.wb.teseoerm.com/#/ ;

• oral report via a dedicated voice messaging system integrated into the platform mentioned above;

• report via an in-person meeting.

External reporting channel

• External channel managed by the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) (available at the following site https://www.anticorruzione.it/-/whistleblowing ): whistleblowers may use it as a last resort and only in certain cases specified in the “ FARINI VENEZIA S.r.l. Whistleblowing Policy ” available by clicking here .

• Public disclosure via the press or social networks: whistleblowers may resort to it only as a further last-resort option and only in certain cases indicated in the extended notice.
